2FEED DEVICE
Adopting a single auger vertical feeding method and utilizing frequency conversion technology to achieve multi-stage speed control of the motor, thus realizing coarse, medium, and fine three speed feeding. Combined with the modification of preset point parameters, the optimal ratio of coarse, medium, and fine feeding amounts can be ensured, thereby improving the packaging speed of the system while ensuring accuracy.
The feeding port is equipped with a quick stop door to ensure that there is no excess material falling after the material filling is completed, effectively improving the measurement accuracy.
Equipped with a stirring mechanism, the animal material flows in reverse through the reverse rotation of the stirring mechanism.
